1. Agree with Bellray's business philosophy and product quality, have industry experience and market resources related to the products you distribute, and can 

assist Bellray in actively developing the local market;

2. Depending on the level and nature of the distributor, you need to undertake corresponding revenue performance assessments every quarter. When the 

distributor fails to complete the agreed minimum sales task for multiple consecutive quarters, Bellray will consider lowering the distributor level or canceling the 

distributor qualification, which is subject to the signed distributor agreement;

3. Have certain public resource relationships in the local market and can assist Bellray in handling imports, customs clearance and other matters in the local market;
